DEAL OR NO DEAL: GRAND COALITION IS THE WAY TO GO.

Whether you like it or not, Kenya will go the Grand Coalition Way. This has been evident by the pressure exerted by USA AND UK among other foreign missions in the country. Most of us may not be far from the truth when we wittingly define the relationship amongst ODM, PNU and ODM-K stakeholders as devoid of ideology and philosophy apart from that of forming a coalition Government and sharing of power perpetrating the status quo. This extends to supporters of the party like me who are not guided by ideologies and philosophies as they are not there anyway but fanaticism and egocentricity.

No doubt supporters of the PNU and ODM-K party have come up very strongly to defend thir bosses. Or is it that PNU and ODM-K movement are elusions as eluded by some few? Who has planted seeds of discord amongst this MPS and their supporters so as to be led by individualistic and egoistic maneuvers? Sobriety and maturity would prevail if the movement was democratic with the MPS having no mindset.

Kanu through Moi, Uhuru and Biwott, however has had very good ideologies as you observed including looting and plutocracy, promotion of individualism and idolization of persons at the expense of institutions and galvanizing the country into tribal cocoons and political jerry meandering. Such is the lost glory Kanu wanted to reclaim as it prepares to lead Kenya in hell. It’s a fact that Kanu/ODM-K and PNU are bedfellows because though the former has ideologies, the later does not have {stand for nothing} it can go for anything including that of the former.

These evils have been perfected and copied word by word and sentence by sentence and practice by practice by Kibaki with his economic growth tautology and fame .He is a yawning liability to Kenyans. Every appointment currently has serious tribal undertones. The art perfected by moi Albeit kibaki has outdone him in less than 5 years thus we need somebody to be appointed as executive premier(Raila) to be checking this people.

Raila , IF GIVEN A CHANCE TO LEAD THIS COUNTRY with his entire undoing stand for ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT and no bickering and strengthening of institutions. The ideology that benefits poor Kenyans and not PNU ideology of sharing cabinet positions and rewarding of Tribal chiefs including those who lost miserable in the llast Genera l Elections. No wonder people like Kombo, Kalembe and Tuju have been camping at the gate of statehouse trying to get audience with the president to be nominated.

If a Grand Coalition is formed, the Kalenjin may get an unidentified ministerial position via Rutto through Isaac Rutto, Dr J Kones and Dr Sally Kosgei and not through Raila. Positions have never helped us as they are individualistic and we hope this time round things will change for the better. Rather we need good ideologies and policies to help Kenya wholly not parochial trivia of ministers and positions. Ask some of our former cabinet ministries from our region what they did for our people as a minister apart from trivializing every other aspect of life.

Kenyans including myself need a Kenya with liberal democracy, multipartism, egalitarianism, social justice, rule of law, transparency and accountability. A country devoid of tribalism, gerrymandering, balkanisation, bigotry, corruption, blind and fanatical following of leaders lacking in integrity ,mob psychology and inane emotional outbursts over non issues.

I have the audacity of hope which never dies. A dream never dies. These big two ( Raila and Kibaki). come back to reason and look at the big picture and get out of captivity and bring a new dawn to Kenya as we exorcise the Moi and kenyatta ghosts.

Else PNU and ODM will later on die as desperate shells. Important in life is not positions but service and relationships. Thus I advocate for the sharing of power BETWEEN ODM AND PNU based on the number of MPS in the house.
